Below are the steps I take to create a successful sale. A "successful sale" is being there on time, on your schedule, with the fewest amount of inconveniences and getting the most money the market will allow.

It is said that buyers buy with their eyes, they buy emotionally. There are 5 key elements to packaging your home for profit: Neutralize, Unclutter, Clean, Repair and Dynamize. Short term this will create more excitement, more showings and long-term this will create more value for the property. I will guide you through each of these steps
- Determining the best asking price
- The best list price results in the best sales price. It's important to avoid under pricing and giving the property away or overpricing and scaring buyers away. If you over-price, you get what's called "market age". With market age, you lose the golden time, which is the first three weeks when 80% of the showings occur. I will determine the best price of your home through a market analysis.
- Giving your property total market exposure
- Your home will be marketed through the internet on howardhanna.com and syndicated to over 700 websites. Statistics show that over 90% of all buyers go through the internet before buying a home.
- Multiple Listing Service
- We will prepare detailed information which will appear in the Multiple Listing Service. At this point all the other agents will have access to the information to share with their buyers.
